Welcome to MyBBFF.com (together with any related websites, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by 2528387 Alberta Inc. DBA MyBBFF ("MyBBFF"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Site or engaging our services. By accessing or using the Site, or by subscribing to any MyBBFF service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site or its content.

You represent to MyBBFF that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts. If you are entering into these Terms for an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. "You" as used in these Terms includes both you personally and any entity you represent.

General Terms for Use of the MyBBFF Website

MyBBFF Content

The Site contains HTML, applications, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, and other content (collectively, "Content") of MyBBFF or its licensors. The Site and all MyBBFF Content are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws. MyBBFF owns and retains all rights in the Site and the MyBBFF Content.

Trademarks

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Site are the property of MyBBFF or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these marks without prior written consent of MyBBFF or the applicable third party.

Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. When you access a third-party service, you are interacting with that third party, not with MyBBFF, and you do so at your own risk. MyBBFF is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service.

Privacy

Please review MyBBFF's Privacy Policy to learn about our information collection, usage, and disclosure practices.

Acceptable Use

Your use of the Site must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of any third party. If you become aware of any misuse of the Site, please report it to support@mybbff.com.

Compliance with Laws

You represent that your use of the Site does not and will not violate any applicable governmental laws, rules, regulations, or orders.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MyBBFF, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYBBFF'S CUMULATIVE AND AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO MYBBFF IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, without reference to its choice of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Retainer Services

Service Description

MyBBFF offers monthly retainer plans (Legitimacy Launch, Growth Engine, and Launch Stack) that include website design and development, Google Business Profile management, business automation, and related digital marketing services as described on our pricing page. The website build is included in all plans at no additional upfront cost.

Subscription and Billing

Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with no penalty. 3-month and annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable. The Founder Rate, where applicable, is locked in for 12 months from the subscription start date and then renews at standard pricing. Accepted payment methods: credit card (monthly plans) or credit card, e-transfer, or direct deposit (prepaid plans).

Website Ownership

Upon subscription, MyBBFF will build a website for the client. The client owns all website code, content, and domain at all times. If the client cancels their subscription, they retain full ownership of their website and may host it independently. MyBBFF does not hold websites hostage.

Virtual Business Phone Number & Usage Charges

Plans that include a virtual business phone number provide the number, setup, call forwarding, and automated missed-call text-back at no additional charge beyond the monthly retainer. Actual call and text usage is billed separately on a pay-as-you-go basis, in USD, regardless of the plan's billing currency. Typical usage costs are low; higher call or text volume will incur proportionally higher usage charges. Clients will not be charged any recurring fee for the phone number or its features beyond actual usage.

Detailed Usage Rates (for reference)

Typical carrier rates, in USD, are:

• Text messages: $0.0075 per message (sent or received)
• Calls forwarded to your mobile number: $0.02 per minute
• A one-time registration fee of approximately $25 USD applies when your number is first set up — this is covered as part of your onboarding at no extra charge to you

These rates reflect current carrier pricing and may change over time without notice, as they are set by third-party telecom providers, not MyBBFF. Your monthly retainer never changes based on phone usage — you are only billed the actual usage cost.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide all necessary materials (logos, text, images, brand assets) within 7 business days of onboarding. Delays in providing materials may extend the 10-business-day launch timeline. MyBBFF is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client-provided information.

Launch Timeline

MyBBFF targets a 10-business-day launch from the date the client completes their onboarding questionnaire. If the website is not live within 10 business days of a completed questionnaire, the client's first month of service is provided at no charge.

Monthly Updates and Revisions

The Legitimacy Launch plan includes 1 website update per month. The Growth Engine plan includes unlimited website updates. The Launch Stack plan includes unlimited updates plus a quarterly website refresh. Additional work outside the scope of included updates will be quoted separately.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prepaid 3-month and annual plans are non-refundable. To cancel, email support@mybbff.com.

Late Payments

Unpaid invoices will accrue interest at a rate of 19% per annum, compounded monthly, starting the day after the invoice due date. MyBBFF reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment after 7 days written notice.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and the work invested, time spent cannot be recovered. The exception is the 10-day launch guarantee described above.

Portfolio & Marketing Use

MyBBFF retains the right to display, reference, and showcase any work completed for Client — including website designs, copy, branding assets, and related deliverables — in MyBBFF's portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, social media, and sales presentations, regardless of the Client's current service status, payment status, or whether the engagement has ended.

This includes the right to host a live or archived version of the completed website on a MyBBFF-owned subdomain or demo environment for portfolio purposes, even after Client's own hosting, domain, or service subscription has lapsed or been cancelled.

If Client wishes to have their project removed from MyBBFF's portfolio or marketing materials, Client may submit a written request to support@mybbff.com, and MyBBFF will remove the material within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 14 business days. This clause survives termination or non-renewal of services for any reason, including non-payment.
